1. First request user credentials from tech team.

Username is your Phone extension and password will be provided.

2. Open respective webpage, server name provided in some internet browser ( like Samsung internet, Chrome or others) on your phone or PC. For example: voip11.teksperts.nyc

3. Enter username(extension) and password to login.

4. Setup your cell firmarding - Follow me (so it rings on your cellphone along with your office phone):

- Press menu button on the right top

-> Click Endpoint settings

-> Select your extension

5. Enable Follow me and put in your cellphone number ending it with # sign:

6.To make a call press Gear button at the Top Right corner select Originate call.

- Then put in phone number to call;

- Press Originate button.

It will first dial your extension (in this case including your cellphone), and after you pick it up it will call the recipient.

Person you called will see your office phone number or extension.
